Pragmatics of Crisis Response (1/2 day) Overview: Using the Crisis Resource Handbook, we will address the "flow" of the day, handling information, making death announcements, meeting agendas, parent support and hundreds of details that make a difference on Goals: A wide array of school staff including School Resource Officers, Department heads and collaborating emergency responders will all benefit from looking together at response from the school's point of view. All will leave with a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of getting through these events.
