The nature of crisis is that it wasn't planned, it usually has dimensions that were outside anything you had on your plan, and it sometimes shakes the foundations of trust that parents had in your district. Crisis Management Institute (CMI) offers coaching to help you through your crisis in the moment. While the best policy is to be as transparent as possible, taking into account legalities and upholding the personal dignity of victims and others, it is also critical to craft your language and your action plan with extreme care. We can help!
