Rapid Response to Immediate Threats
Keeping kids safe is job one! We can't educate if we don't have school safety in place.
We have taken the NIMS and ICS courses and made them school-friendly and take your district up to the next level. NIMS online segments tell you what needs to be done. Our courses assure that the training moves from administrators holding the concepts and knowledge to staff taking ownership in their parts.
The Rapid Response Team Training allows a principal to set up six tasks units that will work seamlessly under his/her command. Each of those teams also receive training on what they and all others will be doing when catastrophe strikes.
This program comes with charts that we house online for you, so you have access to them on any computer with internet access. This allows a principal to access task unit charts when away from the building or during evacuations.
After buildings have completed the one-hour online training and charts have been filled out for task units, principals can use the online scenarios, which run in real time, to learn much more than a table-top exercise will provide. Using an iPad or tablet, the principal moves through the building with new information being revealed in "real time" so communications issues that don't come to light during table top exercises are discovered. |
